Merfs' wing sauces are scary good, so we named them after legendary scary creatures from cultures all over the world. The rougarou (pronounced roo-ga-roo) is a legendary creature in Laurentian French communities (found mainly in Canada and Louisiana) linked to traditional concepts of the werewolf. Rougarou Wing Sauce is a traditional hot buffalo sauce that's made with fresh red jalapenos and cayenne peppers. Enjoy the flavor and savor the heat!
